As a lifelong resident of the Lima area, I know our hometown and I am proud to offer quality rental housing to individuals and families. I have lived in the same neighborhoods I now have rentals in.

I got into the real estate business in 2001, by investing in, and renovating single family homes to improve our neighborhoods. That early success progressed into owning and operating rental houses, duplexes, and apartment buildings throughout Allen county. As a Lima native, I care about our community and its citizens and take great pride in improving the rental properties available in our home town. All my units are fully restored and cleaned before new tenants take up residency.
